ReservationWhen an enquiry have been sent using our online booking form, you will recieve a confirmation by e-mail. (If you have not recieved this email within one day, please contact us.) Attached to this e-mail you will find an invoice produced in your name. When the invoice has been paid, the apartment will be booked in your name.
Included in the priceUnless anything else has been written in the invoice, the price includes all taxes, electricity and gas. The price also includes linen, inside towels, and house equipment. Beach towels, soaps, toilet paper and other similar household objects, as well as meals and drinks are not included.
PaymentWhen the booking is confirmed, we will send you an invoice with 20% of the total, which is to be paid within ten days. When this is paid, this is seen as a confirmation that the conditions has been read and understood. Six weeks before arrival an invoice for the final payment will be sent.
If it is less than six weeks from booking to arrival, the total amount will be sent in one invoice. If the payment is not in our account by due date, you will lose the right to rent the apartment.
All prices are in euro (€).
At arrival
The apartment will be cleaned and prepared for your stay, and you will receive the apartment
as is at arrival. If there are any complaints, the rentee has 24 hours to do so.
The stayThe apartment can only be occupied by the number of people described in the information of theapartment. If this is not followed, we have the right to exclude the extra amount of people. Family Siesta does not have responsibility for disease or damage to the client or its belongings, or anyone the client has allowed onto the property, when speaking of use of the property. Animals are not allowed on the property.
The rubbish is to be deposited in the urbanization. When you leave the round-about, 200 meters down to the right is a white house that says "Deposito de Bassura". This is where you throw it. We ask for NO rubbish to be left outside the apartment or on the property, as we do not want to attract rats or other bugs to the property.
We ask that you DO NOT take food or drinks, glass or bottles into the area around the pool. This is for your own and the other guests' safety and hygiene. Chewing gum and candy is to be thrown in the rubbish, not around the pool. If you do not want your swim toys to be used by others, please bring them back to your own terrace when you are finnished in the pool. If you leave them there, you leave them at your own risk. We ask that the sun chairs stay on the sun terrace, as the area around the pool is for the swimmers.
We have three dogs and two cats on the property, these are our pets and are very friendly and curious. They are not allowed to stay on the terraces, so if they are there and you don't like them, please ask them to leave. Also, we ask you not to feed the animals, as they have their own food. If you have some left overs, please come and talk to us as we are open for suggestions.
SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED IN ALL APARTMENTS.We ask that you smoke ON the terrace! EXTREME FIRE DANGER in the summertime! We ask that you do not smoke on your way to the car or if you are walking to the restaurant. The one who starts the fire is responsible for the damage made to our or other peoples property.
CleaningThe cleaning is compulsary and included in the price. We can offer cleaning in the middle of your stay at Family Siesta, which is to be paid directly to one of our representatives during the stay.
